: The product received by you is in a defective condition or damaged.
: As long as the product is unused/ unwashed.
: Returnable in a saleable condition with the original packing, tags, and invoices.
: If there has been a delay in your order and the label has not informed you of.
The same within one week from the date of order placed. You are required to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the package on [email protected] or Instagram with your order number and the item you wish to exchange with full proof and pictures of the product, else the products will be considered as sold and no further requests will be entertained. We will revert to your mail within 24 hours with an appropriate solution.
