Exchange Policy

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade garments. Each piece is thoughtfully created using traditional techniques making it unique.

However, if you receive a product with a genuine defect or if there is a size issue, we’re happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

📦 Eligibility for Exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • You must inform us within 3 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp, along with photos of the issue.

  • Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size or to replace a defective item.

❌ Non-Returnable Policy:

As all our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We only provide exchanges in the cases mentioned above.
